A Cozy Cup of Calm, Right From Mom's Garden
This blend is all my momma’s. When I was a toddler, my mom was in herbal school near San Francisco. While she was in classes, dad and I would truck around getting donuts (mom is busy? Let’s get junk food!). I have vague memories of the school, with huge gardens buzzing with happy insects and a giant cat named Herby that I would drag around (he was as long as I was tall!)
My mom’s passion for herbs, and plants in general, never changed. She always has a thriving garden, and various herbal concoctions on the go, with remedies for this and teas for that.
This blend is truly my mom, and is called... yep... "Mom’s Garden" Blend. I had asked her to blend a tea that was what she would pluck from her garden. And here it is: spearmint, lavender, calendula, chamomile and orange peel. (Ok, no oranges in the garden). But the rest is pure mom’s garden!
