Tulsi Tea (Krishna)
Tulsi, or Holy Basil, is an herb grown widely in parts of India and is used in Ayurvedic medicine for its myriad properties and benefits. Tulsi is in the mint family and is a cousin of basil. Krishna Tulsi, also known as Purple Leaf or Shyama Tulsi, is a peppery, spicy herb that is uplifting and good for the senses.
Brewing: Steep 1 tablespoon Tulsi Tea in 8 oz boiled water for 7-10 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic Tulsi (Krishna).
