Nettle leaf is probably my favourite herb (although it is hard to pick… no pun intended!). I have enjoyed this herb throughout my whole life. As a child, my mom was equally if not more excited about nettle season than I am now. We would have nettle soup with what my sister and I called "finger noodles" – those funny long hollow noodles you can stick on your fingers.
