We ship almost solely through Canada Post, using the option you choose at checkout. If you use a shipping discount code or your order qualifies for free shipping, Shanti Chai & Co will use regular or expedited shipping with Canada Post within Canada. For US and international orders, we will use standard or tracked package option. Please note: discount codes for free shipping and other discounts at ShantiChai.com are subject to change without notice.

Shipping times with Canada Post do seem to have improved, but are still variable and we make no guarantees on when your package will arrive. We will, however, send you an automatic email when your package ships. If there is tracking, the number will be included in that email.

For US and International orders, please note that there can be delays due to Border and Customs. Please allow up to six weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that customs and brokerage fees may apply for USA or international shipments. Shanti Chai & Co is not responsible for payment of such fees. If there is damage to items due to customs, we are also not responsible. Please check with your country's customs policies to see if our products are allowed to be imported.
