Candied Ginger Chai
Candied Ginger Chai: a zesty chai, perfect for frosty mornings and cold winter nights. A hearty Assam loose leaf tea blended with dried and candied ginger, black peppercorns and star anise. Brewing: Boil 1/2 cup water with 2 teaspoons Candied Ginger Chai.
Add 1-2 teaspoons sugar and 1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute) and boil again. Turn heat off and steep 3-5 minutes. Strain into cup.
