Candied Ginger Chai
A zesty chai. A hearty Assam loose leaf tea blended with dried and candied ginger, black peppercorns and star anise.
Brewing: Boil ½ cup water with 2 teaspoons Candied Ginger Chai. Add 1-2 teaspoons sugar and ½ cup milk (or substitute) and boil again. Remove from heat and steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and serve.
